appointed, contemporary holiday lets. Guests can enjoy this luxury accommodation on either a Bed and Breakfast basis, taking
their breakfast in the farmhouse, or for self-catering.
Each unit has been cleverly designed to provide exceptionally high standard self catering or B&B accommodation. The upside
down layout takes full advantage of the character of the building and the outstanding views to the magnificent Northumberland
coast over Alnmouth and Warkworth Bay.
Jenny's Cottage (sleeps 2)
Ground floor king sized four-poster bedroom. Full bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and over the bath shower. First floor,
beamed open-plan lounge / dining / kitchen area (spiral staircase). Central heating, electric cooker, microwave, fridge,
dishwasher, wide screen colour TV with Freeview and DVD/video, radio/CD player.
For those self-catering - electricity and bed linen are included in the rent, towels are available for hire. There is
a shared laundry facility. Suites must be booked for a minimum number of 3 nights when self catering. Bed and breakfast
guests will be served breakfast in the nearby farmhouse. Shop and restaurants, Alnmouth or Lesbury villages 2 miles,
Alnwick 4 miles. Sorry, no pets.
Emma's Cottage (sleeps 3)
2 ground floor bedrooms 1x double, 1x single room (small). Full bathroom with over the bath shower. First floor, beamed
open-plan lounge / dining / kitchen area (spiral staircase). Central heating, electric cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer,
dishwasher, wide screen colour TV with Freeview and DVD / video, radio / CD player.
Catherine's Cottage (sleeps 4)
2 ground floor bedrooms 1x double, 1x double/twin. Full bathroom with separate shower cubicle. First floor, open plan
beamed lounge / dining / kitchen area (conventional stairs). Central heating, electric cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer,
dishwasher, wide screen colour TV with Freeview and DVD / video, radio / CD player.

A perfect location for B&B and self-catering Alnwick and Alnmouth are just minutes away. These farm based self-catering
or bed and breakfast units are within easy reach of Warkworth, Craster, Bamburgh, Seahouses, the Farne Islands and Holy
Island too. Alnmouth for Alnwick Inter-City railway station is only 1.5 miles away, there is a regular, quick service for
those who would like to explore further afield Newcastle, Durham and Edinburgh are excellent day trips from Bilton Barns by train.
